About Me

I’m a retired widower of 7 years, unattached, after over 36 years of a happy marriage. My son is grown, gone, married, and has a home of his own. He is a Mechanical Engineer at Northrup Grumman. I live alone, own my house, and have been at the same address about 24 years. I have a rather wicked sense of humor. My BS degree is in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics. I'm a retired SW - System Engineer. My dog passed away last July but I still have my 3 cats! I'm looking for a best friend, travel partner, in crime and life long companion. I'm very tired of being alone. I'm funny although a bit sarcastic at times - in a funny way. I enjoy State Parks and walking-hiking, camping (in a trailer), and a little fishing every now and then. Due to a series of unfortunate events and a bad fall from a ladder I had to have my left leg amputated just below the knee on April 30th ***. I hope to have a prosthetic leg by sometime in July. If you are interested in a one-legged guy let me know. I hope to literally be back on my feet sometime this July.
