About Me
I grew up on the not-so-sunny shores of North Vancouver, and have spent some years as a local bus driver-tour guide (I really miss that), and am now working to get my acting career started. I have no pets, so I sometimes get lonely. Chatting/flirting is nice, but dates are better. I am passionate about acting, writing, exercise, music, movies, socializing, travel, as well as dinging out, and cooking as well as occasional drinks (Just none of that fake tequila, it throws my Defcon scale out of whack). I like cards, and board games, tabletop (being the GM) as well as video games (but I'd much rather have the social aspect). I like having fun, joking around, telling bad jokes. I like walking and hiking in the BC forests, and along the beach fronts. Mountains are fine, but my bald head needs some shade. I don't wear hats unless I'm freezing which isn't often, because I'm a furnace. I like throwing the football, or playing sports games like ***or even drinking games). My closest friends say that I'm interesting, and unexpected, both gregarious and thoughtful, often calling me a gentle giant. I border on an INFP-J personality type. I am quite artistic. Yes. Read it a second time. Artistic. I am laid back, and easy to get on with. I am not one to trend with the world, about that I can be stubborn, hence the fact that I'm new to online dating for the second time. But in truth, I'm actually very reasonable. It just needs to be a good idea if I'm going to run with it. Some people say I'm incredibly funny, and at times I certainly can be, but I won't have fun with negative. or small-minded people. I prefer to manage expectations, rather than trying to live up to them. After all, aren't the best things in life great surprises?
My perfect woman would be one who trusts me enough to be herself. She, who is playful passionate, and young-hearted, and who can carry on a good conversation about anything. She, who can be clear and honest, while keeping things exciting. She, who is cool and laid back, without ridiculous pre-conceived expectations. She, who loves to evoke my primal, but caters to my evolved, and won't take life too seriously (without head games). She who will stand with me, no matter what the world throws at us. She, who, rather than wondering what she can get from a relationship, knows what she can bring to it. She, who isn't shackled to the conventional need for images, status, and materialism, and *** it is our relationships that are the things worth working and fighting for. I want to meet a real, honest, sincere woman who wants for the time we have together.
