I love health and fitness and have had a fantastic journey with it! I am also fortunate enough to help others with their own journey and achieve their goals too! I am always training to improve, set and hit new goals... But not at the cost of fun!!! I moved here from the UK nearly 6 yrs ago so enjoying life, meeting people, having fun, going out with great company is still important to me! I love to chill out with a movie and a wine! Definitely my favourite choice of downtime :) Hanging with friends, BBQ's, barefoot bowls, Sunday sessions and of course the beach (it's Australia) are my usual activities. As for what I'm looking for... I would like to meet someone with a good balance between fitness and having fun as I am. But it's not important, I love the influences other people can have on each other, and meet somewhere in the middle. Likes to have fun is a definite must have trait though!
