I really hate reading these because if I write too much I fear coming off as verbose and braggadocios. I like people who are capable of independent thought and aren't slaves to conformity. I have a soft spot for those cynical and jaded as well. I love positive the energy of optimists and welcome their friendship. I'm a bit of a politico but you needn't be. I love football and boxing. I have a couple of teams that I'm a die hard fan of but I cringe at dudes wearing jerseys and screaming at the TV in a bar. I think it's pathetic living vicariously through sports after a certain age. I'd rather light a candle than curse the darkness, but I'm afraid the darkness envelops me too often.
