There's a few changes here if you've viewed my profile before.First, I've changed my status to separated. When I built this profile I thought my divorce would be over in a *** forward six months and it's still dragging on. It's not that it has been contentious just complex. And it seems like the end is near but I don't want to deceive anyone so I changed my status to separated. I haven't really been on here much in the past three months or I probably would have done it sooner. It is going into storage, though, and will hopefully get to see further use in the future.Third, I'm looking primarily for friends. I'm getting myself engaged in the kind of activities where I will meet similar folks to myself but there are quite a few interesting looking people on here also. So if I contact you I'd like to get to know you and see if we can become friends but that is the primary goal for right now. Romantic relationships should start there anyway and I am engaged in some pretty intense introspection, therapy, growth, etc. I'd like a relationship down the road but not in a big rush. Want some fun and companionship and am open to more if it develops later.A little more about me: I love being outdoors and just started hunting again last year. Gardening, working outside, hiking, fishing, hunting or just swimming in the creek and bbq-ing, I like it all. I'm easy to get along with, have a sarcastic wit, and enjoy every kind of music except hardcore rap or metal. I don't like to watch tv at all and prefer non-mainstream movies. I occasionally spend more time fiddling on the internet than I should, though:) Most people would call me liberal politically but that barely brushes the surface. I'm kind of an intellectual, redneck, hippy:) I live in a tipi but want to find the right piece of land and build my own house. Would like to be a part of an intentional community and build an archive for emerging low tech research in the future. I make friends with anyone but am primarily looking for those off the beaten path in life. I'm interested in 4-wheelers as handy modern tools not loud, gas-guzzling means to tear up turf. I'm spiritually oriented and think everyones path in life is ok but if you go to most mainstream churches we probably aren't going to have much in common. I don't knock anyones choices or achievements in life, after all I'm certainly not where I would like to be at 40, but I still have goals that are more than just get my kids out of the house and relax.

So who am I, where do I come from, what do I want, what am I doing on here? Damn good questions. Anyone have the textbook. I forgot what page the answers are on. I guess the best way to describe myself would be to say ever evolving. I love new things, new places, new ideas, and constantly surrendering to what God has to offer me. I have a great business, comfortable accommodations and a lot of great people in my life. I hope one day to find an amazing person not to complete me but to be a sidekick in the adventures ahead. Right now having recently been separated I would just love some good company every now and then. I really like movies, mind you who doesn't, music and making a meal for someone. I take great pleasure in meeting the needs of others. I also have a dog and enjoy going for walks and enjoy going to new places. I work on a race car with my youth group in my spare time and am looking forward to getting it out on the track soon. Once that happens our next project will be getting the boat in the water before the good weather departs us. Having been in sales and business most of my life I am a very easy person to get along with and am very open and honest, to my detriment at times ;). So anyways if you too would just like to hang out and have some laughs I'd love to hear from you. Lets think of it more as just two cool people out for laughs. Go for a walk, Dessert, Trip to the beach, Game of Pool, Watch a movie on my projector, I could even cook for you. I really don't care as long as it is something we would both be comfortable with.
