Reading to dining out. Marketing/business to home renos. The list goes on and on.... My goals in life are to learn a lot, do a lot, achieve a lot of my dreams, love a lot, laugh a lot....... :) I am sure we can find interests in common.I see an ongoing back and forth conversation bubbling over with energy, ideas, laughter and passion for life, often while doing things or going places! maybe hiking, going to an estate auction, painting a room, attending a concert or play, hanging out with family or friends, exploring a new location, etc. I am not willing to settle. Comment se décrire sans trop de prétention.....Je suis une personne simple, indépendante puis comme tout le monde j'ai des défauts :) J'aime aller au cinéma, danser, la marche, le patin, le camping, lire et le yoga que j'ai découvert tout récemment.Toutes les raisons sont bonnes pour être à l'extérieur.Il y a des moments où il est bon de rester à l'intérieur, en soirée et aussi les jours où il ne fait pas très beau.J'ai deux grands enfants, adultes et aussi mamie de 4 petits anges. Ce qui me plait le plus chez un homme c'est également de la simplicité, de la sincérité mais surtout de l'honnêté. I tend to work a lot and I do not hang out in bars all that much.... so, figured would give this site a whirl to see where it leads and possibly meet some new and interesting friends. I am looking for people that have similiar interests. If it leads somewhere, great, if not, have made a new friend. I am pretty independent. I can change my own tires and switch out light fixtures. I can dress up or dress down, but mostly prefer unpretentious and comfortable styles. I tend to sway away from the barbie doll stigma. The most makeup you will find me wearing is a bit on the eyes or lips. Hairspray is for halloween.I love being outdoors. I love the mountains and the ocean. I find the beauty of nature invigorating. I love to camp and by camping I mean tent..not poolside waiting for the cabana boy to bring me a margarita. Although at times, that is fun too.You can find me now and then out on the golf course, hiking up a mountain, or weathering a snow storm huddled around a camp fire. Aside from gardening and cooking, photography is my hobby. *** am 5'9" With most of my shoes, it puts me close to 6' and over. I cannot help my height [even though I do not consider myself tall at all] and I like shoes with heels . My pictures are recent. While its fun looking at pictures of how people looked when they were 20; 30 years have passed. While I wished I still had the body and skin of my 20's, I do not. I think I have aged somewhat well but that is all in the eye of the beholder. While not to appear shallow, it would be nice to see what you actually look like in the now, rather than in "the day".I would like to clarify dating but nothing serious. I am not on here with the expectations of finding the love of my life. If it turns out that I find that, then that is wonderful. Due to my professional work life and predominantly given all my friends are married or with significant others, its it sometimes laborous to say the least to meet new and interesting people.
