The quality of my life as I age is very important to me. This means I am a responsible eater, I exercise and take care to nourish the body, mind and spirit. I’m a registered nurse. I love to read and I have a growth mindset. I like intelligent conversation, especially when I can learn something new and yet I often love to be silly and fun too. A sense of humor is key!
