I firmly believe that honesty is the best policy - I'd rather be hurt by the truth than crushed by a lie. I feel it is so important to have trust, honesty and respect in a relationship. I love doing stuff outdoors, like hiking,camping, kayaking, canoeing, horseback riding and fishing. By education, I'm a vet tech, but currently work with people. Trying to get back into vet tech; I miss it!! My "therapy" is photography...I can totally lose track of time when I wander off with my camera....I love horses - used to work with the racehorses - both Thoroughbreds and Standardbreds, and really miss it. One day I'll have horses again....I volunteer with a local animal shelter, and help with their adoption clinics at a local pet store. We recently rescued a Cairn Terrier, and help with transports for a nationwide dog rescue, and recently helped transport 5 dogs from Mo and KS to VT and NH !!!My 13 year old son lives with me, and is the light of my life. LOL he and I are quite the team!!! I have a pretty diverse taste in music....classic rock, country, Christian rock, oldies...LOVE live music!.....Love is like a butterfly....Hold it too tightly, and you'll crush it. Hold it too loosely, and it'll fly away..... Someplace casual where we can hear ourselves talk....The first meeting should be for coffee , or maybe a walk, that way no long term time constraint if there's no "chemistry".
