I'm a down to earth lady, that loves my kids and grand kids, the country life, all kinds of music, the water, my horse, dining out, grilling, gardening, sitting by a fire, or relaxing on the couch with a good movie. I'm 47 years old, and not in High School, so not into playing games. Won't last long if you are!!! I am looking for a REAL man and a REAL relationship, not a hook up or someone that is cheating on a wife or a Girlfriend, it's not fair to them or to me. You wouldn't like it happening to you. Won't take me long to figure it out!!!I have kids and grand kids and that will never change....So if you aren't active in your child(rens) lives, or if you do not have children we probably shouldn't meet. I find it hard to date someone that doesn't understand what its like having kids around all the time. I find it even harder to understand why you wouldn't want to be around them. I do NOT want to be chat buddies. I have plenty of those. If you aren't man enough to ask a lady out, then why are you on here in the first place? Most important, lets not waste each others time. I am NOT interested if you don't have a car. If you DON'T smoke or have a problem with me smoking.......it probably won't work. I will quit when I'm ready.I am independent, I support myself and I'm NOT about to support anybody else. If you haven't done something with your life and think I will spend all of my hard earned money, think again. I have children, myself, and my future to think about. So if you don't have a job, that won't work....I like to do things with the person I'm with.I am NOT a barbie doll....So if that's what you are looking for, I'm NOT her. I'm a Blue jeans/hoodie/T-shirt, shorts/flip flop type of girl. And I wear work boots and carhardt's to my job. I can dress-up well, but prefer to be comfortable and only dress up when the time calls for it. I don't mind getting dirty, or freak out that I'm going to break a nail....OMG.....the shop up the street can fix that if I do. I love putting on my mudder's to go out and play with my horse.....they have become a fixture in the trunk of my car. So I guess you could say, I have a lot of Tom Boy in me with a feminine side. I am a animal LOVER.....Any kind of animal. I don't mind them in the home, but that's only if you take care of them and they haven't taken over. I work with mine everyday. If I could bring my horse inside in the winter, I would.I LOVE food. I can and will eat more then most men. So don't think that if we go out, I'm gonna order something light. I'm eating. At ***lbs, I don't think I'll get fat!!!! My job makes sure I lift enough weights and do as much walking as possible, so I'm not working out either. I am who I AM, and won't change that for anyone except myself and my family. I like to have fun and joke around, so if acting goofy from time to time doesn't appeal to you, then we don't need to talk. Can't stand someone that is a stiff. I can and will however be very serious when it is called for, but like it says.....I'm a laid back girl. I don't stress to much about the silly stuff life has to offer.     I guess you could say I'm a complex country girl/ lady with a very open mind and a good moral compass? Or at least that is how I feel. Since there is no way to say i have long dark blonde hair on my profile, thought it might help a bit to know that. I wear it up in a pony tail or clip most of the time as it's just too hot!!! I've never been married & I don't have kids. But if you do, that's fantastic!!Just right up front, I've got about 30 lbs extra, that I'm working on getting rid of. I know a lot of guys won't check out past the exterior, but I've got a good heart & a lot of love to give for the right person. So give me a chance, you won't regret it.I'm not afraid to get dirty, prefer riding with the windows down, sunroof open & country music cranked!! LolAlso, I used to smoke & now I have an ecig. I'm not a big fan of football, but I could handle watching it with the right person. I play APA pool,& have been playing pool on & off since I was 18. I miss dirt track racing, rodeos, & live sports. it's just not fun to go by myself, so hoping to find a partner in crime!! Also, yes I have long term listed, but I do know that it takes time to build a relationship, and that starts by dating. Communication is a must! the last serious relationship i was in lacked communication & a big dose of emotional abuse was dealt. Luckily enough I recognized it for what it was & kicked his butt to the curb!! All wounds leave scars, but it's what you do after the wounds heal that matters. There is still a lot more to tell but I've come to the point of writers block. Lol So lets get to dating & having fun!!!My dad taught me that men are supposed to be the pursuers. So, I do find it a bit difficult to be the one to send a first message.If a lady messages you & you're not interested, you aren't going to lead someone on by saying thank you, or you too! I'm sure you don't enjoy it when someone doesn't at least acknowledge you. We're all here to find someone, and a dose of common courtesy goes a long way in anybody's book.Will add more here soon. First meeting should be comfortable enough for both of us to decide whether we want a first date or not. First date ideas...? If you have 4 legged horsepower, I like to ride, whether it be 2 wheeled,4 legged, or shotgun next to you!! I used to have my own motorcycle, still have my license, but prefer to be riding with someone. So a nice ride to grab a bite to eat or a nice destination where we can talk & get to know each other. Maybe go bowling or Somewhere for some ski ball or Putt Putt. Coffee is good, dinner is nice. Let's enjoy ourselves and have some fun!!
