About Me

I haven't dated anyone in a long time, I'm looking for someone to get to know. :) I recently went back to school to get a paralegal certification. I like hanging out with friends, going for long walks, and writing short stories. I'm funny and I love joking around and talking a little smack with my friends, but I'd like to find a guy I can relax with and just be quiet with. I like to travel, and hope to do so more now that I'm finished with school.I love music, but I'm not all that particular about what I like--mostly upbeat pop, rock, or hip-hop, but I like a little country sometimes too. I like going to concerts, but I hate spending the money so I try to limit myself to a few per year.I am a terrible cook but I am trying to learn how! I think I've mastered grilled chicken. I'm starting to work on roasting vegetables. The few things I can cook, I cook well--I make a mean lasagna. Favorite TV shows are mostly comedies--Arrested Development, Parks and Recreation, Modern Family. I like The Walking Dead, too, even though it always gives me nightmares. I don't like reality shows and am content with the fact that I have never seen an episode of the Real Housewives or Kardashians.My favorite movie is Tommy Boy. I am unashamed of this.-winning films, and I can enjoy them, but nothing beats Tommy Boy. Other favorites are Say Anything, Love Actually, and What About Bob. I think an ideal first date would be something where we could actually talk--movies or concerts aren't a great choice. Even just dinner or drinks somewhere relaxed would be nice. :)

    I just got back from a month long trip in Europe so I have lots of stories to tell. ;)I love fine art and alternative photography and I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Fine Art with an emphasis in Photography. I'll finish this semester with a study abroad in Europe. I've also been teaching photo one classes at UVU which has been a blast and insanely rewarding. I love music and I often attend small local concerts. (Along with the big ones) I like a wide variety of music but what I listen to mostly falls in the indie genre. I like to have fun and I can be a little silly, laughter is required. I might be a little awkward but I rock it.
