Some of the traits I am looking for in someone are: kind, authentic, affectionate, affirming, positive (glass half full type mindset), playful, grounded, healthy, loyal, funny, strong, open, maybe a little quirky, intelligent, sensitive, physically active, spiritual (but not necessarily religious), financially secure, and confident. I tend to love people who respect other people and just do the right thing because it's the right thing to do (even when no one is watching). I am turned on by strong communication skills and someone who is not afraid of expressing emotions. Bonus points for you if you buy a lot of produce at farmer's markets or in general, listen to NPR, read for fun, or are a great navigator.

I'm a mother to twin boys. I run my own business so I'm pretty busy. I've never really "dated"...I knew the people I was with so it just never came up. So, for right now, I'm just looking to date and see what the fuss is about. But, so that the person reading this knows, if I were to be looking for something, this is it: I'm a nice person who wants other people to be comfortable around her but expects the same in return. In other words, I follow the golden rule 95% of the time and expect my partner to be the same way. Not looking for a confrontational person who argues for the sake of arguing. I'm a person who likes nothing more than smooth waters. But, so long as there is not a "storm" everyday, I would consider that a win. Looking for someone who is at least a little intelligent, has some common sense, can communicate without trying to use telepathy and analogy and doesn't think the world owes them. This is a lot harder that it looks. Ha. With that said I am a very easy going person. I am very ambitious and I work hard to be where I am. I can fit into almost any situation, but I enjoy spending my time with people like me. By that I mean people who are professional, takes care of themselves, and enjoys doing things. I have found myself great groups of friends that have my same interest and would love to find a guy that also has friends and can fit in with mine. I am a very sarcastic and playful person, but knows how to cut it off if need be. I enjoy running. Go me. I am not one of those crazy runners/health freaks though. I do take care of myself, but I like to eat far to much to cut out all the good stuff. I love getting out and doing things. Anything!
