Who ever knows where to start with these things. I have a lot of different interests that I am passtionate about. I am the type of person who loves to cook a meal for the people I love. I would love to find someone that would enjoy cookoing with me in the kitchen as well. I find that cooking can be very therapuetic if given the opportunity. From an early age in life I've been involved in sports, all the way through highschool and even on and off after. My favorites to play indoors or outdoors are volleyball, softball, and basketball. I enjoy the outdoors just as much as staying in a watching a movie or playing games with a glass of wine. Fall is my favorite of all of the seasons. I love the days that you can walk outside and the air is crisp and smells great. Some of my fondest memories of a child are being outside during fall and seeing all the awesome colors. I consider myself to be a very positive and happy person. I enjoy and appreciate the simple things in life, and hope to bring that out in others. I smile easily and love to laugh. I care deeply and am all about the compliments of a relationship - not the complications! I feel when something is right - it's easy, and insecurities or reservations are non-existent. I am a bit old-fashioned with certain aspects of a relationship, and appreciate the efforts that show genuine interest/care/chivalry (without over doing it!). With that said, I love contributing to a relationship the same way and enjoy making my partner feel special/appreciated/loved.By no means do I live in the dream world where everything is/needs to be perfect (Frankly, that would be boring). However, I admire a man that is willing to put forth the efforts to compensate the areas that need "refining," and can, without reservation be open and honest with his intentions. It goes without saying that my daughter (5 years old) is my #1 priority. I understand that many single men may have reservations about dating a lady with a child - I can assure you that my role as a mom and sharing responsibility of her with my ex is healthy, drama free, and something that I am proud of. Everyone is entitled to their personal preferences - especially when it comes to children. But, it is certainly important to me to find someone that is comfortable and confident with that part of my life. It would be great to meet someone who not only has similar interests, but can expand my interests with introducing me to new things. Good conversation and wit compliment a great guy as well!I adore compassion - while at the same time, can't wait to meet someone that keeps me on my toes in all the fun ways good relationships lend to a couple. Keep it casual! Be yourself - nothing worse than someone who is trying TOO hard! To me, good communication, fun atmosphere, and a genuine interest to get to know someone will take care of everything else.
