I like going to the movies, bowling, picnics, dancing, roller-blading, kayaking, working out at the gym. When I go out dancin, wow, it feels great and I'm good at it because it really makes me feel good. I'm so thankful at how the rhythm comes naturally.I am happy and content in who I am and in my chosen profession. I am drug-free, a non-smoker, drink occasional alcoholic bev. I totally feel that everyone is truly just looking for love or enjoying the love that they're in. Really when you think about it, the relationships we have and appreciating them for the love that they offer we got it made. Anyone or Anything in addition is something that makes life just that much better. For a first date, I feel the chance to enjoy each others company, to talk, walk and just enjoy the moment whether it will pan out to something more or not but just feel the enjoyment of the time together. Or maybe even just sitting down at a table for coffee, drink, food or what happens to be the most ideal at the moment.I am looking for prob the same thing as everyone else on here - someone to spend time with if there is an interest and just living for th now, the moment,the journey and enjoying it as we live it. No matter what, there is always something interesting in everyone. If there isn't a connection, the time meeting someone new and enjoy listening to that person is always worth the time invested. I'm both a hard worker and fun.( I hope) Things that really make me happy being alive are...the first snowfall of the season, the smell of rain, gardening and smelling and feeling the earth and taking my dogs for walk and feeling their excitement. When the weather is nice I love being outdoors. I enjoy antiquing and looking at old historic houses and towns. I'm a low maintenance person. I'm most comfortable in jeans, but can dress up if the occasion calls for it.I enjoy many types of music, but not rap.I love to laugh and just have fun and be silly. A sense of humor is a must like my headline says. My kids say I'm quirky. I think that's good?Sports is not a big part of my life. Politically, I definitely lean toward the left. I moved to the seacoast a year ago and have been nothing but pleased with my decision. I feel like a new person yet totally like myself at the same time. Taking time to appreciate the simple things in life and participate in anything and everything are high on my to do list. I'm looking to meet new people, learn new things and laugh quite a bit in the meantime. Random points:I think manners are important; just say please and thank you...it makes life so much more pleasurable. I like the word ladle and plethora. The world is enormous and meant to be to explored, my list is long and my memories run deep. I don't understand people who drive 60 in the fast lane. I love clouds, they make me feel safe and happy. I don't understand the "yo check out my new haircut" haircut. Seriously? You think that looks good? This year I've been getting into spicier foods and even tried some of my "no way in hell will I ever eat that" items. Carharts, scruffy faces, nice teeth, family love, personal pride, acknowledging fears and being tastefully sarcastic are high on my list. It's a rare day when I don't sing at the top of my lungs and wiggle it just a little bit. A frog crawled out of my bathtub drain on my birthday and my brother screamed like a little girl, it was an amazing day. I've got goals and ambition and appreciate people with the same qualities. My friends kids make me laugh really, really hard. I just applied to be a Big Sister and I'm eagerly awaiting the results-I want to spend some free time helping others.-ha!). I'm a summer sun baby at heart but I can't wait for long walks through the leaves while sipping some coffee and watching the seasons change. Coffee, Guinness, Pelegrino...whatever. A chit chat, a walk, laughing hopefully, some witty banter and conversation. I'm capable of walking and talking (gum chewing may throw me off a bit). Casual at first makes me feel most comfortable.
