Hello...Thanks for visiting my profile. The following "bio" is simply an outline to portray my likes/loves/passions in life. I'm a yoga/pilates person and a pretty good raquetball player too! I love walks, biking, hiking, motorcycling.- I am passionate about family/friends. I enjoy all types of social occasions; but equally I like a cozy evening at home with "just us". I am flexible/adaptable. I like to cook and/or checking out Vancouvers' great variety of eateries is also a definate option to cooking! I enjoy all types of music; and dancing the night away is awesome! (Social drinker). - I've travelled a fair amount and continue to do.; or any trip with some historical value (Just back from the West Indies...amazing!). - Designing, renovations, music/live concerts, architecture, history, art, nature, road trips, reading, writing, fashion, pets..... are just some of the parts of my life that make it such a great life to live. - At "work", I'm in a middle management role/position. I sincerely like to coach others, to bring out their personal best. After "work"....I like to chill and have fun!! The good 'ol "work/life" balancing act is so important to me. ABOUT YOU.....Simply put, ideally I'm looking for someone who is at the same space in time and life as I am; a fella that has some similarities/likes/desires to match well with mine. I have been a single mom for over 10 years focused on raising my daughter who graduated college this year. I am at the point in life where I am looking for a relationship with someone that has common interests, shares same values as I do and does not live too far away. I spend my free time with friends and family as often as I can. I have been at the same job for over 30 years and do some travel with that. I typically migrate to warmer weather destinations when planning vacations. Love going up north but not a fan of the snow. Would rather go from late spring to early fall. Also spend time on Cape Cod. My next house will be near or on a beach someday. I exercise at least 5 days a week. Prefer to run outside but have gym membership when weather does not permit. I love all music except for rap, even started listening to country. I love to cook and entertain. I am looking to start a relationship that could possibly turn into a life long partner. Whatever happened to friendship first? I mean, don't all good relationships START as friends? Like that country song...I'm not the Lady in Red, I'm not the Girl Next Door, but if somewhere in the middle is what you're looking for...I'm that kind of girl! I'm a Christian woman waiting for a Christian man! If you're Fast Freddy, move on! If you're clean cut , and/or adventurous...let's go find some fun! I'm not a party girl, but I like to hike, bike, climb, fly, or even sky dive. Let's visit a zoo, art museum, or amusement park! Wanna walk in the rain, climb a mountain, or go canoeing? What about a movie?..or go on a picnic...or walk on the beach at night and watch the stars. Does this sound good to you? As cliche as it sounds...a coffee shop or visit to the zoo is a relaxing first date. A friendly, casual atmosphere is more relaxing, and less stressful. Just not the formal dinner thing - not a good first date, too tense, too nerve racking.
