First off, I hate filling these things out; I'm not sure what to tell you about myself.I am a hopeless romantic and would ultimately like to find my special someone, but, I guess just see where it goes.I am pretty shy and would like to find a guy who is outgoing, talkative and fun. Someone who can bring me out of my shell, it may take me a while to get comfortable in new situations but once I am I can be fun and outgoing. I am also looking for a man with a strong chest!I am currently working as an RPN at a nursing home close to my home town.- I love caring for people and have a great sense of humour and am polite and easy to get along with.I like to read mostly non-fiction books (true crime, medical research, new age, bios). I enjoy relaxing and hanging out with friends. I am a huge movie buff (thriller/suspense is my favourite genre) but I will pretty much go and see anything really. On occasion I like to go dancing and have a few drinks, although the bar scene is not really my thing any more. I listen to all genres of music depending on my mood at the time. I’m not a fan of cop shows or sitcoms like Big Bang Theory. I don’t like violence and I don’t like making jokes at other peoples expense. My all-time favorite tv shows are Doctor Who and Community. I'm a big fan of music. I'll listen to most anything except for country music and contemporary Christian music. I'm not a fan of either. I can't put into words how much I loathe those two genres. Even though I don't like ccm music, I do love worship music but I'm kinda picky about that too. I don't have any favorite artist or bands but I do have favorite genres. I love classical, jazz, blues, and indie pop/rock. I also really love music from the 90's/early 00's AND music from musicals/animated films.I’m looking for short term/long term dating and possibly marriage (but that's wayyyy down the road). I don't want to put that pressure on myself or the other person to make things more serious than it actually is. I truly believe if you like someone and care for someone enough the relationship will naturally progress to something more serious. I'm also not willing to be with someone just so I have a boyfriend. I'm content with being single and being with myself. I have value without a man and I can have a fulfilling life without one. Life doesn't start when you meet your "soul-mate", it continues on.
