Hey stranger! Thanks for stopping by! Well a little about me..... I'm a single mom of an amazing little girl who is my whole world. I'm currently taking classes to become a nurse. Its never too late to make a change. For the past 15 years I've worked at a salon as a Manicurist (nail tech), doing manicures and pedicures. Don't you dare ask me to touch your feet! I don't do that on the first date! LOL... I LOVE my job and it has been very good to me, but its time for something more consistent and secure! I love taking care of people, so Nursing seems ideal! I'm Italian, so of course I can cook and LOVE IT! I enjoy being in the kitchen and outside on the grill! Bobby Flay doesn't have anything on me! LOL... I cook pretty regularly, but BIG Sunday meals are my favorite...usually pasta and meatballs and a big salad! YUMMY! I spend a lot of time with my friends and family who are extremely important to me. We are together on a regular basis...especially Sundays! I am open and honest. Communication is key to me. If its on my mind, most likely we are going to talk about it (good or bad). If you are unable to talk out the small stuff, its only going to become a bigger issue! My motto is: DEAL WITH IT AND BE DONE! WHY LET IT FESTER?! RESPECT is a MUST! Self respect, respect of others and their time and space, mutual respect....this is self explanatory! Not interested in drama...Life is too short not to enjoy it! I'm loyal, committed and dedicated! People can count on me. If I am able to do it, I will, and to my fullest. On the flip side, if I can't, I will be honest about it and usually try to help find a solution! I carry out my commitments to the very end! Dedicated to my family (always helping out), job (there regularly), school work (reading, writing, and arithmetics) and daughter (on call ***; taking care of business! I'm a pretty serious person, but like to have a good time. I enjoy playing pool even though I'm not very good at it! I'm competitive so I keep trying! I'm not a die hard sports fan, but I certainly enjoy going to sporting events...the crowds and atmosphere is great; beer and hot dogs are always a plus! I haven't claimed a team, however I'm really good at jumping on the band wagon and cheering on!! Don't know much about football, but I like Sunday football;-all good time with friends and family...I'M IN!!I like to get out and adventure! I spend a lot of time at the parks and zoos in the area. I have a pretty curious 4 year old who likes to keep busy! I am always open to new things! I'm very organized and like to keep a schedule...this ensures me to do what I like...with AND without my daughter! I'm of the school of thought SHOW ME DON"T TELL ME...ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THEN WORDS! I will keep some stuff out, so we have others things to talk about... If you like what you've read so far... My favorite things in life are my friends and family. Shortly thereafter come laughter (which comes with the territory when in the company of my loved ones) and travel. I enjoy going out, staying in, red wine, craft beer, dancing, and learning new things. I got voted "funniest girl" in my yearbook senior year, so my friends would say that I have a great sense of humor! I have to have a good conversation to be attracted to someone and am looking for someone that uses the English language well (unless it's not your first language of course :)) and has some funny/interesting things to add to the discussion.
