There is something wonderful about getting away after a busy week of work to the peace of the outdoors on a hiking trail. I am currently hiking the Appalachian Trail in day sections. I started last year and can't seem to get enough of it!I grew up swimming in the river, fishing, camping and catching lightening bugs with a big camp fire at night. She may be choosing my nursing home one day.I'm a registered nurse and I've been taking care of others for as long as I can remember. I want to be on the receiving end of that for a change.
