Hey I'm Michael, Im a martial arts ***, and my goal is to open my own studio, and to be a master in my practice within the next 5 years. I work out about six times a week with P90x, Tap Out, and Rush Fit videos. I also do yoga, run and kempo. I'm currently a 2nd degree Reiki healer, and my goal is to earn the rank of master.
