This past summer I went on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic to help build a house for a family. I got to see a beautiful land, waterfalls, the jungle, swimming in the ocean, and meet the people of the area. I thought doing away with technology,electricity, running water, toilet, and sleeping in a hammock for a week was impossible! ...but I did it!! :) I hope take back what I learned from them to America!! :) I am very humbled!
