Thanks for reading my profile. My world is pretty uncomplicated. I have just recently become an empty nester, and retired! My often feels a bit decadent....drink my coffee, workout, bike ride to the beach, go to the dog park with my two pups. I recently took up oil painting, I volunteer for the United Way mentoring children, and I participate in the fight against Childhood Obesity in this country.
