The social disparity in the world creates angst in me compelling my career in international public health. The cultural aspects surrounding food fascinate me, and although I've done mass food distribution during famine, I always find a ritual. I have recently started an ethnic catering company in Marin to bring the grassroots recipes I've learned in the land of scarcity to the land of abundance.
