Keep your eyes and mind open. Sometimes you might miss good thing that could pass you by. That is my general attitude during my weekly tasks/priorities. I enjoy living an active/healthy life style. In terms of cardio, I run during the summer, while during winter I do more so circuit training at the gym and salsa dancing.
