I don't know about other people, but I feel like I'm going cross-eyed from reading so many profiles. So here's the short version...if you want the details keep reading! 1. I'm originally from the midwest (but my family has moved a lot) and have been living in Boston for almost 13 years. I teach high school English (teenagers, I know! But, I love them). Teaching takes a lot of energy but the students make every minute worth it. They simultaneously keep me young and make me want to pull my hair out. I love to travel. Cliche? Maybe but definitely true. I wouldn't be the person I am today if it hadn't been for my travels. I've had a lot of opportunities to see different places around the world. I just got back from a three week trip to Europe (5 countries, 7 cities!!). I've been to six of the seven continents and I've gone Scuba Diving off of 5 of them. I guess its time to start planning my trip to Antarctica (but I highly doubt I will be going diving down there!) My friends would tell you I am loyal to a fault, I am driven and ambitious, I'm very generous and I'm always trying to give people the benefit of the doubt. I would also add that I am a romantic at heart.
