I am looking for my best friend. I was married for almost 15 years and when we stopped being friends, it stopped working. I am wanting to find someone that I can share all of myself with...my hopes, dreams and my daily random thoughts lol.So I have been divorced for 3 years now. I have dated a little in those 3 years and I have learned some things about what I like and what I don't like, what I want vs what I don't. I must say I am a little discouraged with the way dating is now...it's so impersonal thanks to technology. I really dislike trying to meet someone through a computer, smh what happened to meeting through friends or out in public places??? But here I am lol. My point is that everyone is in such a ****ing hurry that they don't take the time to get to know each other anymore these days. Maybe I'm old fashioned but I think being friends first is pretty important. If you just want sex...they are prostitutes trying to make a living hanging out in the streets every night and there are escort services and happy endings at massage parlors, and there are websites geared just for people who are looking for random sexual encounters...but I can not stress enough I'M NOT ONE OF THEM. Point being is I like to take my time getting to know someone. I'm not in any hurry.I'm about 5'2" with a curvy body, dark reddish brown hair, brown eyes and freckles. I am a mother of an 8 yr. old boy. I have a job and live on my own...in other words I take care of myself.
