I guess first of all I should talk about myself a little. I have a housewares boutique where I make the pottery for the store. So I am creative. I also really enjoy trying new things. I like having an adventure.I grew up riding horses, I have tried surfing, caving, scuba diving, and now I want to learn how to rock climb. Unfortunately for me I am not particularly coordinated. I am fun loving, unique, and love to laugh. I like someone with a good sense of humor who can make me crack up. I don't mean crass humor either. Smart funny works though. I want to see the world, and experience different cultures. I just renewed my passport so I am jonesing to use it. I love to lay in bed curled up with a good book. I like old horror movies. I'm not the jealous type, and I don't want that in my partner either. I feel like I am rambling here so on to the next section.... So what I look for.... well I don't want a fixer upper. So I want a guy who already knows who he is, what his career path is going to be, and what he does/doesn't want/like in life. I want someone who is smart, funny, and well traveled or at least wants to be. I guess I want a successful guy that still has a little bit of an edge. I want someone who is fun! I don't mind staying home, and watching a good movie by any means but I do want to go and have fun with someone as well. Message me if you would like :) I like a first date that is fun, and original. I don't know about this whole online dating thing, but several friends have recommended it. As I don't have a lot of spare time to meet new people, I'll give it a whirl! :) I also don't really know how to describe myself on paper, but I'll try!! One thing you should know... What you see is what you get... I don't do "fake", and call it like I see it! :) I was raised to be a "lady", and conduct myself as such. I am a passionate person, who loves to get the most out of every day. I'm one of those people who has never met a stranger, and will talk to almost anyone...I consider myself a well-rounded person, and I'm looking for someone who loves God, enjoys experiencing new things, has their life in order, and knows how to treat a lady. I am passionate about my faith, my family, my job, trying new things, hobbies (almost anything crafty, cooking, reading, playing the piano), food, having fun (it can be in many different forms -) My son is the bright spot in every one of my days, and is my number one priority... but there is definitely room for someone special, too! ; I consider myself fairly old fashioned. I definitely think honestly, loyalty and compassion are important for any relationship. I also want someone that can make me laugh...it's not hard (I love to laugh!). I want someone who wants to experience all life has to offer, a man that knows how to treat a lady and has some "Southern charm", a real gentleman, with a sense of adventure, and who is willing to take the lead. ;)I want to find someone to have fun with, and get to know better while enjoying each other's company and just see where it goes from there. I'm not into playing games, will always "shoot straight" with you, and don't just want a "texting buddy", but I am not looking to rush into anything. A good foundation is essential! :) P.S. - If your profile says "don't want kids" or "non-religious" we probably wouldn't make a good match, because those two things are really important to me! I also want to be able to have conversations that challenge me, so while I don't necessarily think that means you have to have a college degree (my dad is one of the smartest men I know and he did not finish college), please know some educational background is important to me! :) I don't have much of a "checklist" so to speak, but those are necessary foundational characteristics that I feel should line up. :) I'm open to most things and am really easy to please... From what we might eat to what we do, I just want to be able to get to know you better. :)
