I caved. Everyone say's to give this a go - so here I am!About me...hmm. Well, I'm living my good life! I'm a positive - let's see the bright-side of this type of person. I have three years of medical school under my belt which I planned on persevering into plastic surgery in the burn unit but fate had another idea for me and I ended up falling into the fitness and nutrition world and am now in love with it! I workout at least 3 times a week...usually 5 but that makes me sound crazy. I don't just do the 'gym' thing - I love boot camps, hiking, a good outdoor, wrestle in the mud type of workout.
