LOLThat being said.... The headline says it all. I've Lost and I'm looking again. Seems there are too many men who can't deal with the truth. Look at it this way, at least I care enough to say something. If you can't handle blunt honesty all the time, don't bother talking to me. Also, if you're too shallow to look past what any person looks like on the outside, don't waste your time either. I'm not dog ugly, but I'm not what I would call pretty either, although quite a few people disagree with me. I'm a big girl, I've always been a big girl and even if I weighed ***lbs, I'd still be considered a "big girl" (any less than that and I just would not be healthy). Would I like to look like a supermodel? Of course! Will I ever? Of course not. I refuse to starve myself to conform to society's idea of "Beautiful". I am trying to be more health concious and I'm trying to exercise more, but sometimes that easier said than done. I want a guy that is still "young" enough to know how to have fun, yet "old" enough to know when it is time to be serious. I'm not a mother and I don't want to play momma to a guy that hasn't discovered his balls yet. I'm rough around the edges and I'm sometimes less than sympathetic, but I will be supportive when there is actually something wrong....but I don't deal well with snivelling and I'm not good at dealing with a guy that whines about the mean guy at work but won't man up and confront him. I also refuse to sugar coat anything, so he's got to be able to deal with sometimes brutal honesty. The truth hurts sometimes, but I refuse to blue simply to spare someone's feelings. I believe if you can dish it out, you should be able to take it as well. So if you're giving me a hard time or trying to convince me you think what I'm doing is stupid, you better be able to take the same kind of thing from me. I'm game to try anything at least once and sometimes twice if I am tipsy).Well, if you're still with me after all that, guess you're at least intrigued. Just out of curiosity, is there anyone, anyone, else out there who loves classical and punk music? It's such a fun beautiful city. I'm a sculptor, moonlighting as a cashier, and work mainly in glass and iron. I've recently started the exciting but slightly terrifying process of creating my own business. Despite that time consuming process I'm looking for a serious long-term relationship. I'm kind of shy at first but love spontaneity, I'm looking for someone who is adventurous and quirky who doesn't mind a dry and dorky sense of humor. I guess more specific interests are helpful, so...Books: I love to read I always have a book on me, my main guilty pleasure are sci-fi, mystery and fiction but am always happy for recommendations. Movies: well that list was too long.;TV: Dr. Who, Adventure Time, Downton Abbey, Mr. Show, Game of Thrones...Music: uh a little of everything but the regulars are punk, post-punk, darkwave, Classical (especially baroque and chamber), electronica, old-school country, ska, folk.....Food: Is it tasty? I'll give it a try. Riding bikes, drinks, a show , gallery opening. One or any combination of those is always a good start.
