About Me

Food is the key to a man’s heart….laughter is the key to my heart. I am a sucker for someone who can make me laugh. I am looking for an old soul as I feel I am one. I am not looking for someone to complete me however, someone to enhance who I already am and vice versa. That is not to say that I would not be interested in someone opposite of me - opposites do attract! Most importantly, I want to find someone who appreciates the little things in life and doesn’t get disappointed every time something doesn’t go as planned. Nothing is perfect, but when you can share those moments with someone just as easily as you can share the goods times, then you know you have met a “good egg”. Things happen for a reason and we can only take on one day at a time. Some mottos I live by. May be corny, but that’s me!-hop. I still do hip hop to this day.“one of the guys”. I am still a girly-girl at heart and looking for a gentleman. I am independent, but can be a damsel in distress at times.+ years, a year ago. I have the most amazing friends in NY and had some wonderful work opportunities however, I am happy to be back as I missed my family. I am looking forward to hiking and going to the beach again. I also like to go to the beach when it’s cold and foggy but accompanied with a picnic basket and a glass of wine (and a warm sweatshirt!). I enjoy cooking, especially for another person but I feel most confident when it comes to baking. I like to be active on the weekends but also like to balance it with some laziness, especially on Sundays when football is in season. There is nothing better than a great 80's flick, however cheesy they may be. Life can be tough enough therefore I prefer to watch comedies over drama but do enjoy a good action movie. I must forewarn that I can quote quite a lot of movies. Not that I can’t form my own sentences, but that is just a part of me. I always say, if I could remember books just as easily as movie quotes – I would be a genius!!! I am smart, but not Mensa smart.Also, after viewing my pics you might wonder what color my hair is now. I am blonde!. I tried the other side for a few months and I did discover that blondes DO have more fun!!! Prefer casual but not too casual - no need to go to a fancy schmancy restaurant. Dinner, drinks and talking. Love to be outdoors when possible but during the winter prefer fireplaces.

    Maybe now is not the time to tell you that I have a bad habit of missplacing my keys should I not put them in the same place.
