Working out (physical exercise) help us keep a balance in our physical, emotional and spiritual self.In every ones busy day to day lives you need to make time for your relationship. It is quality time not quantity.- spiritually, emotionally, intellectually and physically. So many are concerned with only the physical characteristics.I believe that long-distance relationships can work They may mature slower than when two individuals are in close proximity. But this allows for one to see if they are compatible or can build an emotional relationship through communication, rather than developing just a purely physical relationship. The physical is so much better when their is an emotional relationship too.Yes those are recent pictures.. I am told I look younger than my age, maybe because I don't feel that old.....
