I've been single for over five years and started this search in earnest with mixed results recently (read: I'm still single but made some new friends.)I currently work two jobs (one fancy-pants bartending gig and one rock-n-roll bartending gig.) I am also attempting to study for my Certified Wine Educator all the while trying to travel, feed myself and have clean clothes. I enjoy being busy as much as I enjoy watching a show on TV while sitting on the couch. I must note that many women have posted some broad generalities concerning "games" and "hook-ups" etc. I am not interested in these as well but at the risk of sounding like I am generalizing, many of you might want to re-examine what you are looking for here. I make no illusions; I am looking for a life-partner or at least a good friend and maybe a few new people to engage in conversation. I find the mind more important than the body when it comes to a special relationship but must admit that as a man, my programming is of a visual nature.I invite anyone who would like to chat with me to do so. I just ask that you be honest and understand that if you stop communication early on, I'll consider that a sign that you are no longer interested. I wish all well in the search for those souls we long to share ours with. Perhaps coffee or drink to start, if things go well, polish the dress shoes and put on the tie or the bowling shoes, I can go either way.

My favorite hobby is doing anything my heart desires. I don't really have any one hobby. I do some biking and hiking and kayaking. I love the water will live on the ocean someday after I hit the lotto. I like to travel but don't have much time for that these days. As far as what makes me unique.....I would say it's my odd sense of humor but then again how the heck should I know! I prefer to get to know each other before we decide to date and even then we may only be friends. It takes more than just a few words or a few pictures to really know someone. I do believe that real love hits hard and fast. Not necessarily love at first site but you should both walk away from the date eagerly awaiting to see each other again. (That's only happened to me once in my life)
