I was raised in the country as I grew up in rural eastern Oregon, & that is where my heart is. I am of Irish/Native American(Cherokee/Choctaw) descent on both sides of my family. I am the eldest of 8 children(4 boys/4 girls). I was married for 21 years & I have three beautiful grown up daughters & three precious little grand babies. I have been on my own & out in the world long enough to know that I am ready to find that special man & "best friend" to share my life with. I want someone who is attractive, physically, as I go to the gym regularly & keep myself in shape. Age & nationality are not that important......as long as the guy is somewhere in the ballpark of my own age***. Hopefully, we will share similar interests like good food(I am a good cook & I even bake my own homemade pies & deserts), so if my companion can cook too, that would be a definite +!, sports(I especially enjoy basketball & I like to play volleyball), love of the country & all it has to offer(hiking,picnics,camping,horseback riding,biking,etc.),movies(I love to go to the movies & I consider myself somewhat of a movie buff), dining out(I love most types of food, but my favs are Italian,Mexican,Asian,Steak & Seafood & especially homestyle like you get at the Cracker Barrel which are very popular back East), fast, sporty cars(I own 2 mustang cv's),etc. I am a rather old fashioned girl, for this modern, hectic world, & I have rather old fashioned ideas & values. There is nobody more loyal or faithful, if I am given the same consideration in return. I love most types of music & I am very versatile in my tastes, but my very favs are 50 & 60's("oldies but goodies"), country(of course)& most rock& roll. My goal, at this point in my life, is to find one good man to live out the rest of my life with,somebody who will give me a shoulder to lean on when I face tough times in my life, as I would do for him, & to share all the good times that life has to offer. Someone to make me HAPPY & who will really appreciate me for the good person that I am. I LOVE military men & men in uniform.........firemen,paramedics & cowboys are cool too! :) Attributes that I am seeking are honesty & faithfullness,intelligence,sense of humor,compassion & kindness,physically fit,attractive,romantic,christian, gentleman.........all attributes that I feel that I posess,except that I am a LADY.....lol! :) I realize that I have very high expectations,but,I am very selective & only that special one will do......are you HIM?
