Welcome to my profile, where I will attempt to entice you with tidbits about me whilst remaining mysterious and interesting. I am a clinical social worker but am in the midst of a career change which requires significant additional schooling. I'm not a huge fan of the uncertainty that comes with taking the plunge, but I'm giving up the good to go for the great. In my free time I like to do the things most people do I suppose. I like happy hour with friends, hikes with my dog, snowboarding in the winter, visiting family, traveling, you get the picture. Horses are a huge part of my life and take up a lot of my free time. I love the sport of dressage and am dedicated to learning and progressing as a rider. Plus it's just really fun to go play with ponies like 5 nights a week.I'm a very patient person. I like to crack jokes to ease tension in awkward situations. I'm very supportive of my friends and family. I'm not a big drinker or partier but I do enjoy the occasional night on the town. I think I'm a pretty well-rounded and interesting individual with lots going for me and I'm looking for someone with ambition to match my own. I think of first dates as interviews, not dates. You don't know if you like someone until you meet them face to face, right? Something low key and generic for a first date is totally fine with me.

    About me. . . . It is so much harder to describe oneself than it is to describe another! Well the basics; I live with my best friend. I have been taking care of myself since I was 17.     ~I just finished up my services as a Peace Corps volunteer in Thailand. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life~Traveling is my number one passion and will continue doing it until the day I die!~I love to read but despite the lack of English books out here I refuse to get a kindle because I like the feel of a book in my hands. Received the kindle for my birthday, and I hate to admit it but it is the greatest invention ever!~The creepy crawlies that most people hate, I find adorable. ~I love Thai food but have ended many of my meals here in tears because I can't handle spicy food and Isan is known for their spicy food.~ I also eat pretty much everything. Seriously you don't even have to dare me to eat weird stuff I just do it. ~Horror movies are my favorite, and if you know of any good ones let me know, I love to watch a movie that actually scares me.-I have become a huge health nut out here and love LOVE eating healthy and working out despite the lack of gym and the funny stares my villagers give me.~ Running is my new god- I really want to learn another language can someone help a girl out!- I've been called unique more times than I can possibly count.
