About Me

I'm a single, stay at home mom. I have a 5 year old son. I'm a country gal at heart. I love to ride horses, camping (and I mean real camping) floating, fishing, hunting and just being outside in general, just soaking up the sun. I am trying to raise my son right and give him great childhood memories, he is growing up so fast. I spend a lot of time with family. Life is nothing without family. I also like to read and play some xbox. I love listening to music and like to listen to a little bit of everything. I like different kinds of movies and TV shows. Well I am a very honest person, so that means I don't hide anything about myself. For some reason that scares a lot of guys. I'm pretty up front about everything, I don't try to hide anything cause I feel like that's just lying. I used to be really shy, and sometimes I still am, but I can get along with just about anyone. I am a pretty laid back, easy going person. It seems everyone is always stressed out or in a hurry. I just wanna enjoy life day by day. I can be some what of a nerd sometimes and like to laugh even at the little things. I think thats important when raising a kid. Well there is a lot more to know and learn about me. So if your interested, it will take more then just what you read here and some time. And as for not smiling in pictures, I do smile a lot, but don't do good with fake smiles in pictures I take of myself. LOL, I have gotten lots of comments on that for some reason. We could go out to eat, go fishing, go see a movie, play mini golf. Lol there lots of options. Hell, I'll go riding on your big green tractor, we could go slow or a little bit faster.

    So, here I am....Interviews always make me a bit nervous, especially the "Tell me about yourself" statement that they always start out with. I enjoy the simple things in life, but I love to throw a little adventure in to mix it up. I went skydiving, which was pretty intense.....45 seconds of free fall and I thought I was dying! I contemplated whether or not I should have worn depends, but I made it to the ground completely dry:-)Family events are a must because I have two kids that really mean the world to me. I do like to get out once a year to enjoy adult conversation and drinks. Ok ok, more than that, but I value the time I spend with my kids. It is not my scene. Now, I do like live music, so if I happen to be out and there is music, you might catch a glimpse of me nodding my head and tapping my toes. (Yes, guys, I have all 10!)I have an education and am pursuing my masters! It keeps me busy on occasion, but in the end life will be a little easier.One day, I hope to build my own house. I think it would be an adventure and I sure wouldn't build those annoying corner cabinets in the kitchen.
