About Me

So, here I am....Interviews always make me a bit nervous, especially the "Tell me about yourself" statement that they always start out with. I enjoy the simple things in life, but I love to throw a little adventure in to mix it up. I went skydiving, which was pretty intense.....45 seconds of free fall and I thought I was dying! I contemplated whether or not I should have worn depends, but I made it to the ground completely dry:-)Family events are a must because I have two kids that really mean the world to me. I do like to get out once a year to enjoy adult conversation and drinks. Ok ok, more than that, but I value the time I spend with my kids. It is not my scene. Now, I do like live music, so if I happen to be out and there is music, you might catch a glimpse of me nodding my head and tapping my toes. (Yes, guys, I have all 10!)I have an education and am pursuing my masters! It keeps me busy on occasion, but in the end life will be a little easier.One day, I hope to build my own house. I think it would be an adventure and I sure wouldn't build those annoying corner cabinets in the kitchen. Don't worry, I have plenty of ideas up my sleeve:-)Well, I am not sure of the type of guy I am searching for, but I know he is out there somewhere! It's always fun to do new things with new people!

    Yes, I am a big girl but I have really started to try and take better care of myself. Eating better, trying to get to the gym. I am just looking for someone who is ready to settle down with one person, and is done sowing their oats. (AKA no hookups, FWB, or married guys) A guy that doesn't lie or cheat, or disappear without a reason. Respect, Honesty, and Trust are completely required. It is a chronic nerve disorder, so I just do things at a pace that makes life easier. I might as well get this out. Right now, I live with family while I wait for disability. I will make enough to take care of myself just fine. But most people run when they hear that word. Just wanting to be honest. And PLEASE, if you have issues with people who have to be on disability, I do understand. But writing a hateful *** necessary.I am more of an indoors person though I do like to go out for walks and fish if its not too hot. I love to cook/bake, read, collect and watch DVDs, and listen to all sorts of music. I do listen to country, and that is about as country as I get. I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs.Just looking for a nice guy, sweet, affectionate, smart, funny, can hold their end of a conversation. I prefer someone who doesn't smoke. Drinking socially doesn't bother me. I am not ***friendly. Not against it, just don't like to be around it. Somewhere where we can talk. You can't talk during a movie.
