I work out every day and believe food is the key to vitality and good health. I love to cook, especially with fresh vegetables. I am always reading a new book, or listening to one on CD in the car. I always have a project going or I am planning something new to do or learn. Although, I have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and have worked in the field for many years, I am changing gears and pursuing a career as a Health Coach. I like to laugh a lot!
