The social disparity in the world creates angst in me compelling my career in international public health. I have been to 73 countries, working as a consultant for the big NGOs, travelling to the 3rd world hotspots and remote, off-the-beaten track communities in Asia, Africa and Latin America. I have recently started an ethnic catering company in Marin to bring the grassroots recipes I've learned in the land of scarcity to the land of abundance.
