I'm a personal trainer and love helping people achieve their health and fitness goals! I'm just getting into Power Lifting and really enjoy the challenge it brings... just exploring some fitness options to keep me focussed and constantly striving to be better. I have 3 amazing kids, 1 girl and 2 boys, that keep me extremely busy and on my toes! I can be found at work, working out, at home, by the pool, out with my bestie dancing and having fun or just at home chilling! I enjoy water sports, hiking and camping! I'll try anything once and usually dont ever say NO! The way to my heart is with a bag of Sonic ice! I buy it by the bag and chew it all day long. Makes getting all my water in alot easier!I'm looking to meet new people and just overall have a good time....if something happens, GREAT! I'm very easy going and laid back! Communication is huge with me! Just let me know things *** assuming. I'm not easily offended and dont take things personal hardly ever (can be good and bad)!!
