About Me

About me. Well....I am one of those people who are always finding themselves in awkward situations. They provide some entertaining stories later. I love to laugh and have fun but be serious also. I love to travel and take random road trips. I currently work 2 part time jobs and I am getting ready to go back to school to finish my bachelor's degree in forensic psychology.

Playing basketball Was my life during high school But since then things have changed. I do play once in awhile, but my thing I do must now is line dancing. I really love it and it keeps me into shape :) My goal in life is to leave Publix and move on to better things I just graduated with my AA and now I'm waiting to get accepted into the Radiography program next spring. I'm the kind of girl who likes going out and doing anything, but if I really don't want to do it I would tell you. I don't like to be pushed or pressured but I do do a lot for people..sometimes to much. I have had my heart broken, so I may be stuff to break but I think I'm worth a try. I'm just a country girl looking for the right kind of cowboy =) 1st dates are really not my thing, but if so maybe dinner at like Chillis or brass ring in normal clothes nothing fancy, and after meet up with friends have some drinks sitting on trucks by a fire or playing drinking games just a chill night :)

I work as a CNA and am taking classes to continue into nursing school. I love going to concerts because I think live performance is the best way to gauge a musician's actual talent. I'll listen to many kinds of music, but I prefer pop and country. I love going to movies or catching up on old favorites; you will find I like everything from Die Hard to Love, Actually and V for Vendetta to Dogma (really the only movies I don't like are scary movies). I'm not a big fan of water-I don't mind boats or the beach, but I'm not much for jetskis and surfing. I love tattoos! Some things I've never done, but would really love to try: paintballing, horseback-riding, going to a drive-in movie, watching a hockey game, taking a photography class, karoke (maybe), skydiving, I consider myself a creative and open-minded person; I like to test my intelligence, but I'm not afraid to laugh at stupid jokes or myself when I miss something right in front of my face. I have a very dry sense of humor and tend to be very sarcastic, but I deeply appreciate (and prefer) sincerity and honesty. I've discovered that being too sarcastic or overly blunt is just a defensive mechanism, and I'm doing my best to improve this side of me. Also, I tend to be a little bit goofy (but I don't want to change that)--I like being that dork that does a jig walking through the parking lot or making way too many references to The Office. The first time I meet someone, I would really like a chance to get to know him; during a movie we can't really talk and during dinner there tends to be a lull and really, who wants to try talking to a stranger while you both have food in your mouths? I'd like to do something active, something that if we have an "oh gosh, did I say the wrong thing?" moment, we are keeping busy and don't feel completely awkward :) We could go bowling, mini golfing, go to Worlds of Fun, ice skating...I also enjoy just walking around window shopping. I think if we're doing something active, conversation will just naturally flow. My ideal first date would be to go to a carnival or a free concert--somewhere we can walk around and talk or just sit and enjoy the entertainment. Afterword, we can visit a coffeeshop or small cafe and see where things go.
