It is hard, when you are working, to find the time and space to meet someone. But after building my career and supporting a family, I would like to find someone with whom I can share my life. I grew up in a fairly traditional family with parents who loved each other and supported me and my career. While I did not take my education as far as I would have liked, I have nonetheless been successful in developing myself. But that is all the serious stuff. I really like meeting new people, and at this point in my life am also very interested in new ideas and ways of thinking. When it comes to my personal interests, I am a big music fan - all types just depends on the mood. When it comes to food, I do enjoy cooking - although I don't get a chance to do it as much as I would like - and I also love eating out. My tastes are pretty broad - from sushi to spaghetti. If I won the lottery, I think I would spend much more time finding out about the world and what it offers -- ideally with the right man by my side. I think I am pretty stylish - clothes and so on are important to me - but they don't drive who I am. A lot of different things move me - the sight of something really beautiful, like the ocean at dusk - but I also like popular culture and just relaxing with some great TV or a good movie. Like most people, sometimes I am full of life and other times, want to be peaceful and still. But most of all, I would like someone in my life with whom I can share the adventure ahead. Someplace which is comfortable, not crowded and with enough of a relaxed atmosphere that we could really talk without feeling pressured.

I prefer positive people to negative...and If you are bitter or angry than I am not the person for you. I love going out to listen to live bands..but I am not much of a drinker. If you are the type of person who likes to spend a lot of times in bars drinking then I am not the person for you. I love children...and I've never met a child that did not like me. I am not a big dater. I have friends who have tried the on-line dating scene and have gone on hundreds of bad or mediocre dates. I am not unhappy with my current status..so I am not desperately seeking someone. If I meet someone great-and it leads to a friendship I am happy, if it leads to more than that is a bonus. Something that is more optimistic than a cup of coffee or a quick drink. I understand that it does not make sense to spend a lot of money and or time with someone that you may not be interested in dating...but I would rather go on fewer dates and make sure I like the person before I meet them.
