I am both confident and shy, very patient and in a hurry, willing to stop and smell the roses and will occasionally run them over with the lawn mower. I am curious and bored, I read great books and argue with the TV (mostly just the commercials). I don't smoke, since I've never been on fire, although a cigar might smoke occasionally. The goatee comes and goes depending on my mood. I tend to lose interest if you waste my time... and will create the time if you need it. Religious fanatics need not apply, and if your glass if half empty then fill it first. Our first date. yikes. I think we should meet someplace interesting with lots of oxygen, chat uncomfortably, overanalyze each person's comments, assume all the wrong things, avoid certain subjects, pretend to be perfect people and if all things go well... we'll part ways a little confused, a bit hopeful and pleasently surprised. My ideal first date (this week) would be for you to meet me at a coffee shop, we'll check our chemistry, stumble through those awkward pauses in the conversation... and then just have a casual conversation where we find out if either one of us is sane ... sounds risky doesn't it?
