I am pretty active. I bicycle everywhere, even in the winter. No I don't wear spandex but for some reason all the spandex cyclists wave at me all the time. I do not understand this. I think it's the order of the skinny tire bicycle or something. I would much rather be outside though I also like staying in watching movies/documentaries with cuddles.I love swimming more then anything. Midnight swims or swimming in the rain are my favorite. I love animals and nature. Both need our compassion and respect. I am heavily tattooed and pierced. I do not care if you are. I'm more interested in who people are as a person. I've met some pretty shitty tattooed people. I listen to a wide range of musical styles: classical, folk, jazz, hardcore, punk, metal etc.. Basically anything that's technical, has real talent and interesting and powerful lyrics (provided it has lyrics). I am more of a simple type of person and not materialistic at all! You can not define human life by what you can buy. I am looking for a best friend who will be a long term partner as well. Someone who is honest and will put everything into it. A bit about me. I was born and raised in KW (more specifically the W part), and ended up getting a little place of my own on a quiet street in Kitchener. I am not the type of person who likes to take hand outs because I take pride in earning what I have. I have a career that I enjoy, and am working for a company that I have been with for over five years now. One major issue however is that the type of company that I work for demands flexible hours, and therefore I have very few weekends off. Because of this I have a difficult time meeting new people and making time for family and friends. Finding someone with a similar schedule would be a bonus. My preferred type of music would have to be Classic Rock. But any rock/metal/band that actually plays *** all I need. I am trying to teach myself to play the guitar because I have always had a love for killer guitar solos. I would like to meet someone who shares a similar appreciation for music. I am not looking for friends with benefits or any mind games. I am looking for someone interesting who I can talk to and get to know. I don't want to take anything too fast or jump into anything, but I also don't see the purpose in getting involved with something that won't last. I would like to find my best friend.
