I'm an all around easy going and fun guy to be around. I can usually bring laughter to just about any situation (even if its at myself). Enjoy doing lots of outdoor activities. I am very active in Crossfit (5 days a week). I love the variety and intensity of the workouts. The community of Crossfit is fantastic as everyone helps each other along. I accomplished my goals for ***as well - obtained BBA, completed the Spartan Trifecta, and placed top 5 in age group for 5 Peaks Sport class.
