Hi! Here are a few tidbits about me....I have gotten serious about working out over the last year. I workout at least 6 days a week. I may hike, bike, blade, jog, or hit a crossfit class. I also enjoy working in my yard and hanging out with friends. I'm kind of a Science nerd. My work pretty much defines me- through the week I'm in work mode.
