The confidence that helps me feel comfortable talking to people also spills into my own personal beliefs about myself. Although I have several strengths, I also acknowledge and accept my weaknesses. But unlike some people, I take full responsibility for my actions & rarely regret things I have done in the past and am not embarrassed easily. One of my most defining features is the exceptionally high standards that I set for myself. My competence in social gatherings as well as at work should provide ample evidence for this. That being said I am a quiet person when not socially engaged and more often than not you can find me doing my own thing off to the side. I would like to meet a man who has lived his life with morals and values. Too many people live without morals while "waiting for the right one to come along" and I'm not interested in being a "turning point". I am a good woman down to the bone and I have always been this way. It doesn't matter to me where he comes from, or what education he has. What matters to me is that he stops me in my tracks when he walks by me, leaving me breathless, and weak in the knees. He shouldn't come with jaded scars that make him unable to trust in the woman that I am but rather be willing to give himself over wholly to me. I know that comes with time but it has to come nonetheless.

Hi there....I'm a pretty laid back person with a sarcastic sense of humor (the nice kind not hurtful), fast wit, gullible, goofy, can be a complete blond and laugh at myself. :) I can hold an intelligent conversation though and pretty up-to-date on current events as well as politics...would rather play with a rattle snake then talk about politics right now though...I have a very open and honest personality, who doesn't play with people's heads, what you see is what you get...I actually am a little shy and find it very hard to make the first move...so please don't be shy and say hi. :)I am pretty physically fit looking for someone who is active and fit as well. I am not an extremist though when it comes to sports, I am not a gym rat but do try to get there at least 3 days a week if not get out for a run on the nature trails where I live...A friend has talked me into training for a 5K this fall...I'm not a good runner...it's more of a walk..jog..walk..jog pace, I'm up to a mile jog though and then walk a bit and pick it back up again...some days I have Forest Gump runs and others I feel like my legs really hate me...but hey, i'm going to try and it's for a good cause...it's for children's cancer research...my playgrounds and happy places. :) (who needs a gym when ya have 2 beasties to clean up after, right?) ;)We are all different and unique in our own way, I guess he has to have that self confidence about him that just comes natural, common courtesy, manners. An infectious laugh, twinkle in his eyes and amazing smile (i.e. a sense of humor) go a long way with me. I tend to gravitate towards men and people who are happy, upbeat and have a glass half full attitude as well as being physically fit. Finally, you HAVE to be single or divorced...no married or separated men please. I have been divorced for over 5 years, very stable, have my feet firmly planted on the ground and really no baggage...If you want to learn more, e-mail me.
