About Me

For starters, I have never been married and I don't have any kids (unless being engaged counts). I don't mind being single and I don't feel I need someone to complete me. I have always been independent but it would be nice to have someone to share life with.I love to go out and listen to live bands and do some dancing. I love to cook and bake, work in the yard or around the house on some project. Being a guy who knows how to be handy is a plus. I like to go bowling, play pool and darts and enjoy just about anything outside year around. I would like to take in more plays, eat at new restaurants or go to concerts in town. I recently joined a gym and try to work out 3 days a week. I also try to eat healthy. Always a good breakfast, salad for lunch and trying to like yucky vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli and brussel sprouts. Maybe if they tasted more like corn or mashed potatoes it would help.I am looking for someone that has the time to spend working on a great relationship, can make me laugh, brings out the best in me and I in him, knows how to communicate honestly, is physically fit and likes to stay in shape. I would like to find a man who is outgoing, genuinely kind, confident, good looking, not a slob and knows how to treat a lady. I am a very generous, caring, giving, affectionate person and I'm looking for someone who deserves that kind of treatment and knows how to give it in return.     I really should update this whole section...because we've now been here for 6 years and the kids are growing up...so.. The children are wonderful and I love them dearly. I have my own little troop( they're not so little anymore!-4 children( the oldest 2 are now at college -both at UF!)so technically 2 are home....WAIT! before you run read the rest I'm not looking for a father for them. I enjoy adventures and exploring. I enjoy sailing, hiking, camping, gardening- most anything outdoors.
