I'm right in the middle of a career change from teaching to animal advocacy and I've also started work on another degree. I've got a great sense of humor and my feet firmly planted in the ground. If I can’t talk in person I prefer e-mail, IM, or text.4) I choose wine by the cute-ness level of the label on the bottle.5) I’m not a fan of the gym I'd much rather be doing something outside!6) I think roller coasters are so fun!7) Pizza is my favorite food.8) I will someday be able to say I’ve been on all the continents9) I’ve broken both feet and fractured my skull (not all at the same time).***Coke –***I am truly horrible at math, spelling, and have no sense of direction. I have a lot of great people in my life and my family is very important to me. I like outdoor activities but don't have to be active all the time. I like a variety of music and food. I have an active 10 year old dog that thinks she's still a puppy.I am adverturous and like trying new things - although I haven't bungee jumped yet. As willing as I am to learn new things I just haven't been able to bring myself to bungee jump - I think its the idea of falling toward the ground and being yanked back up repeatedly that's causing me to hesitate. But, maybe one day...I'm funny at times - some have gone as far as to say that I'm "goofy" but I can be serious when its warranted. I tend to tell it like it is but I do know how to phrase it the right way. I believe that people should be treated with respect and what you give comes back to you.

I was born in the US, I grew up overseas, and Spanish was my first language. I would like to travel overseas again someday. I am pretty easy going and try to just go with the flow - nothing ever really goes exactly as planned! Life is one big adventure...just have to enjoy it all and make the best of everything!
