So here I am on a dating site with a mess of people that are from broken families. I'm looking for a family man and most of you have already raised your own children or still have children you are raising.Some of you have never had children.The problem with dating at this age with children still at home…Those who do not have children at home want to run free and spontaneous (not easy for me but I try!)Those who do have children at home don't have a lot of time for dating, like me! I have met a little more than a few, not a lot. I have dated a few.The chats go well. I'm easy to talk to. Okay. Here goes....By day I work with children and families in making healthy and safe choices. While I absolutely love my work and wouldn't change it for anything, I've realized I need to start to make time for me ;)After work I try to practice yoga...emphasis on try! or I try to work on my running...again, emphasis on try! I admit I love a great cup of coffee. Doesn't matter where its from just as long its hot and fresh!! A nice glass of wine is also great to induldge in, especially after a long week!What am I looking for in a man? First off, someone who is genuine and honest. Those 2 qualities are a must! Humor and kindness are also extremely important. I guess I want someone who I can be myself with and share what life has to offer ;)I consider myself to be patient, caring, and trustworthy...at least I hope so! I also believe I have a great ability to laugh as I truly believe humor is something that should be incorporated in everyday life!That's about all I can write for now. Anything else? First date...
