But house music really brings me to my happy place! Lol I love to travel and want to see the world. I visit Vegas every year because my family lives there (from ny..i never lived there) but want to see as many places as I can in this world. I love watching comedies and hate horror flicks. As far as my personality, I pretty much get along with everyone. I am very friendly and outgoing. I go above and beyond for the people I care about and am very understanding, loyal, thoughtful and honest. Anything else you want to know please ask. Something simple to avoid awkwardness like a drink. message me if youre 29 to 40ish. Dont msg me if ur lookin for a sexual encounter. Also im not a mean person at all n hate to make ppl feel *** just to save time, if ur gonna write a novel or just say hi I prob wont reply unless i read ur profile n it really interests me. Also im skeptical about online dating so if u ask to meet or for my number in the first *** not gonna reply. Im not going to give my number to everyone esp before I feel comfortable. Anyone else if I dont reply n u compliment me thank u, I appreciate it n u prob made me smile but if im not interested I dnt wanna waste ur time. sry if I dont reply n wish u luck in ur search. :)

I am a homebody but I am also adventurous. I love to be outdoors, to hike, to camp, to swim, to run. I have some amazing and hilarious friends/family who I love spending time with, but I am also very comfortable spending a quiet night in by myself.I love my job and I have worked hard to get where I am currently. My job does not define me though, it is certainly also a means to make money so that I can enjoy life and be self-sufficient. I love to run and typically sign up for several races a year t keep up my motivation and to stay healthy. I just need to convince someone to do a Spartan race or a Tough Mudder with me, it is on my bucket list!

Please note: if you have a bunch of shirtless pics on your profile or no pics at all, please don't waste either one of our time. I won't reply. That being said...I have been called, "a really cool girl," "honest and genuine," a bit "old school," a "tough cookie" and a "hard worker." I think all of them are true. I value honesty and goodness over anything else. I always tell the truth and would hope for the same from the people that are close to me. Being a "tough cookie" comes with my profession. I am a middle school English teacher and if you have any experience with teenagers, then you get it. I absolutely LOVE my job. I did not become a teacher for the summer vacations because believe me, it wouldn't be worth it. I do what I do because it just...fits. It's not easy, but very rewarding, TOUGH! So I guess that's where the "hard worker" description comes from. In terms of the "old school" description, I think that old fashion values are underrated. There is something to be said about chivalry on a man's part and affection and attentiveness on a woman's. I will never get tired of a man pulling out a chair or running ahead to hold a door for me or bringing me flowers "just because..." As for the "cool girl" label...I don't ask. I'll just take it! I'd like to think I'm cool. lolThings I love (in no particular order): classic rock,THE BEACH, a positive outlook (you get what you give...),cheeseburgers and beer, roller coasters, quiet confidence, , my dog, a great bottle of wine, kissing, running, a great, comfy pair of jeans, really spicy food, Sunday morning breakfast, boats, high heels, laughing til it hurts, pure kindness, sunrises, thunderstorms, The Beatles, workin out, cooking,(I'm quite good at it) amusement parks, tattoos (I have 4 small, discreet ones)I'm looking to find someone to share the fun and excitement with, a partner in crime, best friend, lover, and ultimately, eventually find "the one." I'm at the point in my life where I'm happy, I'm settled and I'm ready for something more than just another first date. I'm not a serial dater or into endless *** texting. I believe the best way to get to know someone in this crazy online dating world is to send a couple of ***, exchange numbers and make plans to soon meet for coffee or a drink. Why waste time with anything else?So if you are a serial dater or just looking for someone to fill up your weekend with, I'm not the girl for you.I would die happy if I could live at the beach, travel to exciting places a few times a year and have a really good cheeseburger and a beer every now and then. Actually, I'd like to go on a mission to find the best cheeseburger in NY. Any suggestions? I always think a quick meet at first is best...a cup of coffee always works to see if there is any chemistry. If there is, then we can plan a real first date, but let's chat first. You can tell a lot by a telephone conversation. Look forward to talking with you :)
