Something creative and exciting, preferably something I haven't done before. I hate going to a movie on a first date, as there are zero opportunities to chat. A picnic at a fun location, playing on a playground, chatting at a brewery, an evening walk on the river or on the beach, playing in the rain, pretty much anything outside or in a social setting.
