I strive to improve myself and my life on regular basis. I work on my body, mind and spirit daily. I believe that balance is everything. I always have a project going or I am planning something new to do or learn. Although, I have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and have worked in the field for many years, I am changing gears and pursuing a career as a Health Coach. I like to laugh a lot!
